Every order is different and depends on the size and complexity of the order. If you are printing a large exhibition, we recommend that you contact us at least one week before the deadline.

What do you print with?

The printers we use are Canon PRO series, we use only original pigment inks and the highest quality papers suitable for archiving.

Can you ship directly to my customer without an invoice?

Yes we can, just name your customer as the recipient, pay for shipping and upload the file you need to print.

I can't find the right format for me. What to do?

Just choose the one that fits your layout. If you want us to cut it, mark it.

What are the maximum measurements?

We typically print from A4 to 105 cm (42 inches) wide.

What file to send?

The file must be 300 dpi (maximum 2400 dpi), TIFF, JPG, PDF formats are acceptable. If you're printing on canvas, you should leave at least 4cm of edges for hemming. You can upload files to this store when placing an order, or send them to us via wetransfer.com

What is the price?

The price depends on the selected material and file dimensions. Try to find the right size for you with each material.

Can you frame it?

Yes, we can! Message us what you would like and we will give you a framing quote.

How long does shipping take?

We use FedEx and DHL for worldwide shipping.
Delivery depends on your destination, it takes up to a week in Europe and up to two weeks elsewhere. In Lithuania - 1-2 dd days from dispatch (keep in mind that the standard printing term is 5-7 working days).

I changed my mind, I want to cancel / return the order:

If the order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by sending us an e-mail. a message. If the order has already started to be processed or shipped to you, we follow our basic terms of cancellation of goods and services, products and refunds.
